What we publish
A partnership here is a poll on ZenAwards, built with you. It is not a separate website, and it is not an agency award by itself.
A dedicated page
The poll gets its own address on zenawards.com, with your event name, subtitle, and banner.
Your nominees
Names and photos you send. You need the right to publish them. We do not invent a nominee list.
The public vote
Fans sign in and spend one coin per vote, including a bulk cast. That is the rule unless we confirm a different one in writing.
Live totals
The poll page and the standings show the same nominee totals. A starting count is added only if you ask for a number.
A review link
You see the page before it is public. We open it on the date we agreed with you.
A written scope
Featured placement, a prize, or any rule other than one coin per vote is included only when the reply says so.
How a collaboration runs

Send the brief
Event name, who you represent, nominees, dates, and the rule you want.

We confirm scope
You get a reply that says what we will publish, and any fee, before we build.

You review
A private look at the page: names, art, copy, and a test of the vote.

We open it
The poll goes public on the agreed date. You share the address. We close it when the event ends.
A good brief
- A real nominee list, dates, and a timezone.
- Photos and a banner you have the right to publish.
- A plain answer on the prize: none, or the exact prize and the end date.
- Where fans will come from, so we know the page has an audience you can reach.
What we will say up front
- The poll remains a ZenAwards fan tally. An official partnership is only what a written announcement on the site says.
- You award any prize the page states. We do not create one that was never written down.
- We do not sell votes, hand over voter names, or promise a traffic number.
- If there is a fee, it is in the reply before we build. There is no public rate card.
Public polls follow the Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer. A hosted poll uses those same rules unless the reply states a change.
