Terms of Usefor the voting service

ZenAwards (“we”, “us”) operates the Service. “You” means the person who opens an account, casts a vote, or otherwise uses the Service.

By creating an account, casting a vote, or continuing to use the Service on or after the effective date, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service for a group, label, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. These terms then apply to both you and that organization.

The Service is an online fan-voting platform. Visitors can read open polls and standings. Signed-in users can spend coins to cast votes, claim published rewards, and complete the ad tasks we offer.

ZenAwards is an independent platform. It is not an award body of any artist, agency, or label, and it is not endorsed by them, unless we say so in a written announcement on the Service.

We may add, change, or remove polls, categories, rewards, and features. We do not promise that any poll, total, or feature will stay available.

You must be at least 13 years old. If the law where you live requires a higher age to open an online account or to consent to these terms, you must meet that age. The Service is not directed to children under 13.

You may not use the Service if we have suspended you, or if the law where you live prohibits you from using a fan-voting site.

A vote requires an account. You can sign in with Google, with an email and password, with a username and password, or with a one-time email link. You are responsible for the activity on your account, including activity by anyone who has your password or access to your email.

Use one account. Do not create extra accounts to collect the starting balance, daily rewards, or ad-task coins more than once. Do not share, sell, or buy accounts.

A new account starts with 30 coins. We may ask you to verify your email. You can vote before that verification is finished. If we cannot confirm that the address is yours, we may limit rewards or close the account.

You may choose to stay signed in on a device. Sign out on any device you do not control. Tell us at the contact below if you believe someone else is using your account.

Some accounts are designated as managers. A manager may be allowed to create or manage polls and to cast votes without spending coins. A manager account does not receive coin rewards. The manager role is assigned by us. It is not available on request through the public sign-up form.

A coin is a virtual unit inside the Service. One coin equals one vote. A bulk cast can spend up to 500 coins on one poll in a single action. Each of those coins is still one vote. Bulk does not discount the price, and it cannot spend coins you do not have.

Coins have no cash value. They are not money, property, or a deposit. You cannot sell, transfer, or redeem them. We do not sell coin packs. If a paid option is ever offered, the price and the number of coins will be shown before you pay.

A vote is recorded against the nominee you select. Once the vote is accepted by the Service, it is final. Closing the page during the short sync after you vote can delay that record. Wait until the page has finished sending the vote before you leave.

We may refuse, reverse, or remove votes and coins that come from abuse, a technical error, or a breach of these terms. Published totals can also include a starting count shown on the poll. Standings use the same totals as the poll page.

Coins and votes are not a prediction of an official chart, award, or commercial result outside the Service.

Open polls and their totals are shown so fans can compare support. A poll is for entertainment and community ranking unless that poll’s own page states a prize and an end date. If a prize is not written on the poll, none is offered.

We may open, close, hide, correct, or remove a poll or a nominee. We may correct a total that is wrong because of an error or abuse. We do not promise that an artist, agency, or nominee will recognize a result.

Names, photographs, and marks of artists and groups are used to identify nominees. They remain the property of their owners. Details are in the Disclaimer.

Rewards are optional coin credits tied to voting. They can include a daily check-in after you have voted that day, a partial return after daily vote goals, and one-time credits at published lifetime totals. The amount of each reward is shown on the Rewards page before you claim it.

Reward amounts are set below the coins a voter spends, so a claim cannot be repeated into an unlimited supply of votes. We may change amounts, targets, and eligibility. A change does not restore a reward you have already claimed.

Ad tasks credit coins after the stated visit rules are met, including a minimum time on the ad and a once-a-day limit. Leaving early does not count. Tasks reset on the UTC day shown on the Get coins page. Manager accounts cannot claim them.

We may reject a claim that does not meet the published rule, arrives from an automated client, or repeats a claim that was already paid.

You may use the Service to read polls, cast votes with coins you hold, and claim rewards that you have actually earned. You may not:

• use bots, scripts, macros, click farms, or other automation to vote, claim coins, or open ads;
• bypass a rate limit, a sign-in check, or any other control;
• probe, scrape, or overload the Service in a way that degrades it for others;
• misrepresent a total, sell votes, or pay others to cast votes in breach of these terms;
• impersonate another person, artist, or agency;
• upload or request anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to use;
• interfere with advertising in order to collect coins without completing the task.

We may investigate activity that looks like abuse. We may use account, device, and network signals for that purpose, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service displays third-party ads. Some ads sit in marked placements. Some open only when you choose an ad task. A popunder, where used, is limited so it does not sit on the vote control.

Advertisers and their networks are responsible for their own pages. We do not control those pages and we do not promise that an ad is accurate. Your dealings with an advertiser are between you and that advertiser.

Ad partners may set cookies or similar tools under their own policies when an ad is served. See the Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its design, text, and the ZenAwards name and logo, is owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not give you any right to copy the Service, use our marks, or present your project as ZenAwards.

You may share a link to a public poll or standing. You may not frame the Service, mirror it, or pull vote data in bulk except with our written permission.

If we let you submit a poll, a name, or other material, you keep ownership of what you submit. You give us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and adapt that material as needed to operate the Service, including in standings and promotional placements on the Service.

You confirm that you have the rights you need for that material. We may remove material that breaches these terms or the law. Removing it does not erase votes that were already recorded, unless we decide a correction is required.

Our Privacy Policy describes the account data, vote records, and technical data we process. Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider. We do not ask you to send us your password by email.

The Service may store a short-lived copy of a poll and of unsent votes in your browser so the page can finish recording them. That copy is not a second official total.

We may suspend or close an account, remove coins, or reverse votes if you breach these terms, if the law requires it, or if the activity puts the tally or other users at risk. We may do this without advance notice when a delay would let the abuse continue.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Ask us to delete your account through the contact below. Coins on a deleted account are forfeited. Votes already recorded stay in the tally without your name attached.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that totals will be error-free, that a poll will run for a stated period, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded still apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZenAwards and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost coins, lost votes, lost profits, or a poll outcome.

Where a limit is allowed, our total liability for a claim arising out of the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim, or 50 US dollars. If you have not paid us, the limit is 50 US dollars.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where that exclusion is prohibited.

You will indemnify ZenAwards against claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, or your breach of these terms. We will give you notice of a claim that is subject to this indemnity when we can.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. If a change is material, we will post the new terms on this page before they apply, or we will present them when you next sign in. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the update.

If you do not accept an update, stop using the Service before that date. Coins are not refunded in cash when you stop, because they have no cash value.

These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer are the entire agreement between you and ZenAwards about the Service. They replace earlier versions of these terms.

If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms. We may assign them as part of a reorganization of the Service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator of ZenAwards is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country still apply. Courts in that place of establishment have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law gives you the right to bring a claim in your home courts.

Before starting a formal claim, write to us and allow 30 days for a response. This notice step does not limit a right that must be filed sooner to meet a legal deadline.
