1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the ZenAwards website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our platform and its services.

2. User Accounts & Security

To participate in voting and earning coins, you must log in using supported third-party providers (such as Google or Email Magic Links). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ZenAwards reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that exhibit suspicious activities, fake email generation, or unauthorized access attempts.

3. Voting & Coins System

ZenAwards utilizes a virtual "Coin" system to process votes.

• Acquisition: Coins can be earned freely by claiming daily bonuses, completing multi-ad views, or participating in platform events.
• Usage: One (1) Coin is strictly equivalent to One (1) Vote. Coins are non-transferable, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Fair Play: Votes cast are final and non-refundable. Any attempt to exploit the coin claim system will result in a permanent ban and the removal of all associated votes.

4. Anti-Abuse & Botting Policy

To maintain the integrity of the global leaderboards, ZenAwards strictly prohibits the use of automated bots, auto-clickers, macros, script injections, or network manipulation tools to cast votes or farm coins. Our system utilizes rate limiting and background sync validation. Detected malicious actions will lead to immediate IP blocking and nullification of fraudulent votes to ensure a fair environment for all fandoms.

5. Modifications to the Service

ZenAwards reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website, including active polls and coin values, at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms periodically, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.
