Disclaimerfor polls, names, and results

ZenAwards (“we”, “us”) operates zenawards.com. This disclaimer tells you the limits of what the Service represents. It sits with the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If a limit in the Terms is stricter, the Terms control. If this page is more specific about a poll, a prize, or a third-party name, this page controls that point.

By using the Service on or after the effective date, you accept this disclaimer. If you do not accept it, do not use the Service.

ZenAwards is an independent fan-voting platform. The name ZenAwards, and “ZEN AWARDS 2026”, is the name of this Service. It is not the name of a television award, a music chart, a record label, or an agency prize.

We are not an award body of any artist, group, agency, or label. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them, unless a written announcement on the Service says that a specific poll is an official partnership. A nominee’s name on a poll is not that announcement.

The Service is for entertainment and community ranking. A total is a record of coins spent on that poll, plus any starting count the poll uses. It is not a measure of record sales, streams, airplay, or an official industry award.

A poll does not include a prize unless that poll’s own page states the prize and states an end date. If the page is silent, the poll is for fan support and ranking only. No trophy, certificate, cash, donation, advertisement, or other award is offered for that poll.

A stated prize is only what the page describes. Examples of a prize a page might state include a physical item, a digital placement, or a donation made in connection with the result. Those examples are not offered on a poll that does not write them down. We do not add a prize after a poll has opened, and we do not imply one from the ZenAwards name.

If a poll page states a prize that must be delivered, and the nominee’s management or another authorized representative contacts us after that poll closes, we will cooperate on handing over the prize that page promised. Cooperation follows the page and the Terms. It is not a promise to create a prize the page never stated, and it is not a promise that an agency will accept or publicize the result.

We may close, correct, or remove a poll. If we do that before a stated end date, a prize that depended on the unfinished poll is not owed, except where the law requires otherwise. Abuse, a technical error, or a breach of the Terms can also void a result.

Open polls and leaderboards show the same nominee totals. A total can include a starting count. Live votes are added when the Service accepts them. Leaving a page while a vote is still sending can delay that vote. The browser copy of an unsent vote is not part of the published total.

Totals can be wrong for a period because of delay, abuse, or an error. We may correct a total, hide a nominee, or remove votes. A ranking can change until a poll is closed. A position at one moment is not a final result unless the poll page says the poll has ended.

Standings do not name voters. They are not a prediction of what an artist, agency, chart, or award show will do outside the Service. They are not a statement about talent.

A coin is a unit inside the Service. One coin equals one vote. Coins have no cash value. They are not money, a deposit, or a prize you can redeem. We do not sell coin packs. A bulk cast still spends one coin per vote.

Rewards and ad tasks credit coins under the rules published on those pages. Amounts stay below the coins a voter spends, and we may change them. A reward is not wages, and it is not a promise that the same amount will be available later. Manager accounts do not receive coin rewards.

Nothing on the Service is an offer to gamble, a lottery ticket, or an investment. Spending coins supports a nominee inside a poll. It does not buy a share of an artist or a right to a result outside the Service.

Names, photographs, logos, and other marks of artists, groups, agencies, and labels remain the property of their owners. We do not claim ownership of them. We display them so visitors can tell who a nominee is, in the context of commentary, fan discussion, and a public poll.

A name or image on a poll does not mean the owner sponsors the poll, approved the copy, or agreed to a result. Owners who want material removed can use the notice process below.

A manager who submits a poll, a name, or an image is responsible for having the rights that submission needs. We may remove submitted material. Removal does not, by itself, erase votes already added to an aggregate total.

The ZenAwards name, logo, and the design of the Service are ours or our licensors’. This disclaimer does not let you use them for your own project or present your poll as ours.

If you are the owner of a work, or you are authorized to act for the owner, and you believe material on the Service infringes that work, email the contact at the end of this page. Include:

• your name and a way to reach you;
• the work you own, described clearly enough for us to identify it;
• the page address where the material appears;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, the owner’s agent, or the law;
• a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner;
• your physical or electronic signature.

We will review a complete notice and remove or disable material when the notice shows that the use should stop. We may ask for more detail if we cannot identify the material. This inbox is the notice address for the Service. We have not published a separate registered agent or a postal address on this page.

A notice that is incomplete, or that is sent only to demand a prize or a change in a tally, is not a copyright notice. Tally questions go to the same inbox with the poll name and the time of the activity, and they are handled under the Terms.

Mention of an artist, group, agency, label, or award show is for identification. It is not a partnership, a sponsorship, or a claim that the nominee participates in the poll.

We do not speak for nominees. A fan vote on this Service should not be described, off the Service, as an official award from the nominee’s agency unless that agency and we have both said so in public. Users may share a link to a public poll. They may not present the Service as an official agency property.

The Service shows third-party advertising. Some units are marked on the page. Some open only when you start an ad task. A popunder, where used, is kept off the vote control and off sign-in, rewards, and these legal pages. Advertisers and their networks write their own pages.

We do not control those pages, and we do not promise that an ad is accurate, safe, or appropriate. A product in an ad is not our product. Your dealings with an advertiser, including any payment or download, are between you and that advertiser. The Privacy Policy describes what those scripts can collect.

Links to other sites, including a link opened from an ad, leave this disclaimer behind. The other site’s terms and privacy policy apply there.

The Service is provided as it is available. Polls, totals, coins, and pages can be interrupted, delayed, or removed. We do not promise that a poll will stay open, that a total will be error-free, or that a feature will remain.

You are responsible for whether your use of the Service is lawful where you live. The Terms set the age rule and the rules for accounts, votes, and abuse. Those rules still apply if a poll looks unofficial or unfinished.

Nothing on the Service is legal, financial, career, or industry advice. A ranking is not advice to buy, sell, or promote anything. Decisions you make from a total, a nominee photo, or an advertisement are your own.

Consumer rights that a law does not allow us to exclude still apply. This disclaimer does not limit liability that the Terms say cannot be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where that exclusion is prohibited.

Accounts, coins, votes, rewards, acceptable use, suspension, warranties, and the liability cap are in the Terms of Use. What we collect and how to ask for deletion are in the Privacy Policy. Read those pages with this one. Together they are the description of the Service we actually operate.

We may update this disclaimer. The effective date at the top will change when we do. If a change is material, we will post the new disclaimer on this page before it applies. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the update.

A change to this page does not create a prize for a poll that never stated one, and it does not erase a prize that a poll page has already stated for a poll that is still running.
