How do I get coins to vote?

Why is my vote count not updating immediately?
Our system batches your votes in the background to prevent server overload. When you click "Vote Now", it updates your screen instantly, but it takes about 1.5 to 2 seconds of idle time before it securely syncs to the global database. Please wait a few seconds before closing the tab.
How do I report bot voting or abuse?
ZenAwards has an automated anti-bot system that limits suspicious mass voting and blocks abusive IP addresses. If you notice unusual activity that bypassed our filters, please email our support team with the Poll Name and timestamp so we can investigate and deduct fraudulent votes.
Can I transfer my coins to another account?
No, coins are strictly tied to the account that earned them. This policy is in place to prevent the creation of fake accounts solely for farming and transferring coins.
