Account
How do I sign in?
Open Login. You can use Google, an email and password, a username and password, or a one-time email link. Create an account to start with 30 coins.
I forgot my password.
Open Forgot password and use the email or username on the account. The reset message goes to that inbox. We never ask you to send the password itself.
Can I have more than one account?
Use one account. Extra accounts to collect the starting balance, daily rewards, or ad-task coins more than once are not allowed.
Do I have to verify my email before I vote?
You can vote before verification finishes. If we cannot confirm the address is yours, rewards can be limited and the account can be closed.
Voting
How does a vote work?
One coin equals one vote. You need to be signed in. A bulk cast can spend up to 500 coins on one poll in a single action, and each coin is still one vote.
Why did the total not move yet?
The page keeps the vote for about a second and a half after you stop tapping, then sends it. Stay on the page until that send finishes. Closing early can delay the record. The published total can also include a starting count.
Can I take a vote back or move coins?
A vote is final once the service accepts it. Coins stay on the account that holds them. They cannot be transferred, sold, or cashed out.
Do standings match the poll?
Yes. The leaderboard uses the same nominee totals as the poll page. A ranking is a fan tally, not an agency award, unless that poll says otherwise.
Coins and rewards
Where do coins come from?
A new account starts with 30. After at least one vote on the current UTC day, Get coins opens four ad tasks. A visit counts after you stay about 10 seconds. Tasks reset at UTC midnight, and the day’s ad coins stop at 185.
What can I claim on Rewards?
After you vote, the Rewards page can credit a daily check-in, a small return at 10, 40, and 100 votes that day, and one-time milestones. Each amount is smaller than the coins a voter spends. Follows on other sites are not paid.
Why was a claim refused?
The usual reasons are no vote yet today, the claim was already paid, the visit was too short, or the account is a manager. Manager accounts can vote without spending coins and do not receive coin rewards.
Can I buy a coin pack?
There is no coin shop. Coins have no cash value. If a paid option is ever offered, the price and the number of coins will be shown before you pay.
When something is wrong
The page will not sign me in.
Check the email or username, and that the password has at least 8 characters with a letter and a number. A wrong password returns the same message as an unknown account. Use reset if you are locked out, and write to support if the reset mail never arrives.
I think a poll is being abused.
Email support@zenfied.com with the poll name, the nominee, and the time you saw it. Include your account email. We can review the tally and remove votes that break the rules.
I want my account deleted.
Email support@zenfied.com from the address on the account, or include the username. Coins on a deleted account are forfeited. Votes already in a total stay as part of that total, without your name.
An ad or a name on a poll should come down.
